Day 32: Boredom is the goal
“One might get bored in the free time, but that is the goal here.”
Boredom isn't a bug in the plan. It's the space the feed used to fill.
The famous study found bored people produced more ideas, but not more creative ones. A replication found no benefit, and even a negative link with idea generation. So treat boredom as room for your mind to move, without expecting genius. Sanket's belief that boredom sparks creativity is a hope worth testing on yourself, not a proven law.
